This is basically short-term placement of an experienced and highly qualified manager for start-up projects, modification proceedings, demanding projects or crisis management. It is mainly used in situations when the company does not have sufficient skills and capacity available or it is not appropriate or possible to seek a permanent candidate for the specific position.
